Here are our pickup and delivery guidelines to help you understand when to expect your laundry pickup and delivery based on when the order is placed:
Standard Orders
Orders placed before 3pm: Pickup will be scheduled for the same day by 8pm, with delivery the next day by 8pm.
Orders placed after 3pm: Pickup will be scheduled for 8pm the next day, with delivery by 8pm the following day.
Example:
An order placed at 5pm on Monday will be picked up by 8pm Tuesday and delivered by 8pm Wednesday.
Rapid Orders
Orders placed by 10am: Pickup will be by 2pm the same day, with delivery by 8pm the same day.
Orders placed between 10am and 3pm: Pickup will be by 8pm the same day, with delivery by 10am the next morning.
Orders placed after 3pm: Pickup will be by 2pm the following day, with delivery by 8pm that day.
Example:
An order placed at 9am on Monday: Pickup by 2pm Monday, delivery by 8pm Monday.
An order placed at 11am on Monday: Pickup by 8pm Monday, delivery by 10am Tuesday.
An order placed at 5pm on Monday: Pickup by 2pm Tuesday, delivery by 8pm Tuesday.
Delivery Window
Pickups and deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm.
