Our pickup and delivery window runs from 8am to 8pm. Once you place your order, your assigned WashPro will message you in the in-app chat to share their estimated pickup time.
You can put your laundry out anytime before that window, and if you need a more specific time—or need to tweak the timing—just coordinate directly with your WashPro in the chat. We keep it flexible!
Don't forget to check your messages! We also send app notifications when there is a new message!
