Your customer is responsible for placing their laundry at the designated pickup location.

While it's okay to message the customer and confirm they're ready, it's not required. You do not need to wait for confirmation before heading out to collect their laundry.

Many customers simply tap "Do My Laundry," leave their laundry at the pickup spot, and forget about it until it's returned, fresh and folded.

Keep in mind that for the customer, it's all about convenience.
