Your customer is responsible for placing their laundry at the designated pickup location.
While it's great to message the customer and confirm they're ready, it's not required. You do not need to wait for confirmation before heading out to collect their laundry.
Many customers simply tap "Do My Laundry," leave their laundry at the pickup spot, and forget about it until it's returned, fresh and folded.
Keep in mind that for the customer, it's all about convenience.
f you arrive at the pickup time and the laundry isn’t there yet, please try messaging the customer in the app, ring their bell or buzzer, and give them about 10 minutes to respond.
If there’s still no sign of the laundry after that, reach out to Support so we can help get things sorted quickly.
