The location you deliver the clean clothes is important to customer experience.
Place the clean laundry back in the same location where you picked it up. This ensures our clients can easily find their items. Deliveries should follow the same location and steps as the pickup, including any special instructions. For example, if the instructions say to ring the bell and hand deliver on pickup, the same should be followed for delivery.
If the same location and instructions cannot be met, please contact Success via text at 365-700-5757 as soon as possible and await further instruction.
If there is precipitation in the forecast, it’s a great idea to place it somewhere that will be covered. That said, please communicate with the customer via the app when deviating from the the locations and steps provided in the Pickup.
Pickup and Delivery Details
The Tumbil App clearly indicates pickup location, and we use the pickup location as the delivery location. Make sure to check for any specific notes left by the client about their preferences.
Picture Confirmation
After dropping off the bags, you’ll be prompted to take a photo of the bags. Please ensure that the bags are clearly visible, along with context showing their exact location. This helps maintain our service standards and keeps everyone informed. Once you take the photo, please do not touch the bags again.

If you ever forget the exact pickup location (like behind the planters at the side door), no worries! Simply scroll to the Pickup page within the app, where you can refer to the picture you took during pickup.
