We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you forget to put out your bags for pickup, please follow the steps below:
Notify Your WashPro via the Tumbil App: As soon as possible, let your WashPro know and provide a time when you or someone in your household will be available to put the bags out. You can work directly with the WashPro to rearrange the pickup. Please note, if the revised time is later than the allotted pickup time, the WashPro will be entitled to a 24 extension on returning your bags.
If You Don't Hear Back: If you don’t receive a response from the WashPro within 10 minutes, please email us at [email protected], and we will contact the WashPro directly.
If the WashPro Arrives but No One Is Home: Your WashPro will attempt to reach you by knocking, ringing the doorbell, or asking the concierge (apartment or hotel) to help locate the bags.
If They Still Can’t Reach You: If your WashPro cannot make contact, our support team will try calling you.
Missing Bags Fee: If the WashPro arrives and no bags are available, a $10 Missing Bags Fee will apply. You won’t be charged for the rest of your order.
