A: Yes. As part of every order, WashPros are expected to do a quick stain check on clothing and household items before washing. This ensures we can give the customer the freshest possible results.
Q: What should I do if I find a stain?
A: Follow these steps:
Take a photo. Snap a clear photo of the stain for your records. This protects both you and the customer.
Communicate with the customer via the app. Politely let them know you noticed a stain. If you want to go the extra mile for the customer, we encourage you to ask the customer if they would like you to treat the stain.
Q: What if the customer doesn’t respond?
A: If you don’t receive a reply within a reasonable time:
Proceed with washing without applying stain remover.
Make sure you have a photo saved in your records.
