Loss or damage is exceptionally rare. Your laundry is always kept together, tagged and separated from other orders. Laundry is washed in cold water unless you request otherwise. Lights and darks are separated, and clothes are dried at low-medium heat.
But in the rare event that something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered with Tumbil’s Protection Plan, which offers protection of $35 per piece of clothing, up to $200 per order.

Damaged Laundry*: Noticed something off with your clothes? Let us know within 48 hours, and be sure to include photos of the damage so we can help!
Lost Laundry: Laundry or clothing items go missing.

Shrinkage:
Shrinkage is a common occurrence with certain fabrics and garments during laundering. While we exclusively use cold water washing and standard heat drying, these practices align with typical home laundering processes and do not introduce any unique risks of shrinkage. Shrinkage may occur due to the garment's construction, fabric type, or age, among other factors. Therefore, shrinkage is not covered by the Tumbil Protection Plan, and we do not assume responsibility for such outcomes.
Holes and Tears:
Garments may develop holes or tears over time due to regular wear, natural aging, and standard laundering processes. This type of damage is inevitable and could occur regardless of the laundering service used. As such, damage from regular wear and laundering is not covered under the Tumbil Protection Plan.
Color Bleeding:
While we diligently separate whites and colours, there is always a possibility of colour bleeding during the wash. This is a typical risk associated with any laundering process, and Tumbil cannot be held responsible for colour transfer between garments. Such incidents are not covered by the Tumbil Protection Plan.
Items Left in Pockets:
We make every effort to check for items left in pockets; however, we cannot guarantee that all items will be detected. Tumbil is not liable for the loss or damage of items left in pockets or any damage to clothing caused by those items.

Just email us at [email protected] with the details, and we’ll take it from there! Feel free to also reach us via live chat. Credit issued under the Tumbil Protection Plan is not guaranteed and is provided at Tumbil’s discretion based on the specific circumstances of each claim.
Value of Clothing:
The Tumbil Protection Plan covers used-value (70% of retail purchase price).
