Understanding the Orders Page

Welcome to your Orders Page! Here's everything you need to know to easily navigate and manage your orders.


How do I access my Orders Preferences?

  • Top right gear icon: Click the gear icon to open your Orders Preferences page.

  • What's in Orders Preferences?: This includes settings for your Service Area Radius (how far you're willing to travel for orders) and New Order Alerts (turning notifications for new orders on or off).


What does the map show?

  • Available Orders (Blue): These are orders you can choose to take. They are highlighted in blue, with the estimated earnings shown.

  • Rapid Orders (Lightning Bolt): If an order is a Rapid Order, it will have a lightning bolt icon. These orders are time-sensitive and should be picked up quickly.

  • Active Orders (Green): These are orders you’ve already accepted. They are shown in green, along with the estimated earnings.


Why might there be no available orders?

If you don’t see any available orders, it could be for one of these reasons:

  1. You’ve reached your maximum order limit: This limit is based on your ranking, and if you’re already working the maximum number of orders allowed, no new ones will be available.

  2. Expand your service area: If you haven’t reached your order limit, try increasing your service area radius to see more available orders in your region.


How do I view my orders?

There are two tabs to help you navigate your orders:

  1. Available Orders Tab:

    • Here, you can see new orders that are available to accept.

    • Information provided includes:

      • Order Number

      • Person's First Name and Last Initial

      • Pickup Address

      • Number of Bags and Bag Sizes

      • Estimated Earnings

      • Order Type: Whether it’s a Standard or Rapid Order.

    To accept an order, click on it to view the Contracting Page. You’ll get more details, including the Slide to Accept button.

  2. Active Orders Tab:

    • This shows orders you have already accepted and are actively working on.

    • Unread Messages: A red "Message" icon will appear if there are any unread messages from clients regarding your active orders.


What happens when I accept an order?

  • Once you accept an order, you cannot cancel it. Please review the order carefully before accepting.

  • After accepting, you'll be prompted to set a pickup window (e.g., 10am-11am). This will be automatically sent to the client, so they know when to expect you.


What happens when I click on an active order?

  • Clicking on an active order will take you to the WashPro Workflow, where you'll get a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to:

    1. Pickup the order

    2. Wash, dry, fold, and weigh the items

    3. Deliver the items back to the client


Additional Notes

  • Your Ranking: Your ranking determines how many orders you can accept at once. Make sure to keep an eye on it to avoid being capped on available orders.

  • Agreeing to a new order: Double-check the details of any order before accepting it, as you can't cancel once accepted.
