Severe Weather Policy

Your safety comes first. You are never expected to drive in unsafe conditions.

During Yellow or Red weather warnings (heavy snow, freezing rain, severe storms, flooding, or other hazardous conditions):

What to do

  • Pickups and/or deliveries may be delayed by up to 24 hours after the storm ends, regardless of service type.

  • If conditions are unsafe in your area message the customer in the app with an updated estimate.

  • Resume service only when you feel conditions are safe. If weather improves sooner, service may resume earlier.

What to expect

  • Tumbil will not penalize WashPros for weather-related delays.

  • Orders will automatically remain active and resume once conditions are safe.

  • If unsure, contact the Tumbil Success Team for guidance.
