Severe Weather Delays Policy

At Tumbil, the safety of our WashPros, and your laundry, always comes first.

During Yellow or Red weather warnings (including heavy snow, freezing rain, severe storms, flooding, or other hazardous driving conditions), service may be impacted.

What this means for your order

  • Pickups and/or deliveries may be delayed by up to 24 hours after the storm has ended, regardless of service type or delivery window selected.

  • Our WashPros will always aim to complete your pickup and delivery as scheduled, but they will never be expected to drive in unsafe conditions.

  • If conditions improve sooner, service may resume earlier. We’ll always move as quickly and safely as possible.

Why this policy exists

  • Dangerous driving conditions put people at risk.

  • Wet, icy, or stormy weather can also compromise the safety and quality of your laundry during transport.

  • This policy ensures we protect both our WashPros and your belongings while continuing to deliver reliable service.

Communication

  • If a delay is expected, your WashPro will contact you via the app with revised estimated times.

  • No action is required on your part; your order will automatically resume once conditions are safe.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during severe weather events. Staying safe helps us stay fresh.
