An oversized item is one that requires its own wash/dry cycle in a standard-sized residential washer and dryer.

As a WashPro, you earn an additional $9 per oversized item.
3. Is the oversized fee in addition to the normal weight charge?
Yes, the oversized fee is in addition to the normal weight charge. Oversized items should be weighed and accounted for in the weighing segment of the app just like regular laundry items.
4. How do I log oversized items in the app?
During the weighing process in the app, include the oversized items as you normally would. The app will calculate = the weight-based charge. The fourth step of Weighing is to add the Oversized Item count, as seen below.
5. What should I do if an oversized item doesn't fit in my washer/dryer?
If an oversized item does not fit in your washer/dryer, please follow these steps:
Place it in a separate bag and label it as "Not Laundered."
Do not weigh it.
Message the customer to explain the situation.
Return the oversized item to the customer, unwashed, within its own bag along with the rest of the finished laundry.
