We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. Check that your laundry is safe and sanitary before placing an order. Violators incur a $20 fee and may have their account closed.
Your laundry must be:
Safe: Free from bed bugs, fleas, roaches, and biohazardous materials. We're a laundry service, not an extermination squad.
Sanitary: No feces, urine, blood, or vomit. We're here to clean clothes, not play CSI.
Pet-Friendly (within reason): Minimal pet hair. We love your pets, but we don't want to wear them.
